The process is simple – customers call Joe Rizza Ford to schedule an appointment and request an at-home or at-work pickup. On the day of service, customers will be informed of the name of the dealership employee who will be arriving for pickup, including a notification when they are on their way. They will receive updates via phone, text or e-mail to keep them informed of the progress of their auto service. Their vehicle will be delivered back the same day, or as soon as the service is complete. Pickup and delivery is subject to a 15 mile radius from the dealership please call for questions
